Going into the exam well prepared and then passing is our top priority at AKC. That is why we have a guarantee scheme that fits this!
Eligibility for the guarantee application
If you still do not pass the exam with the help of AKC's courses, you may retake this course free of charge. Still fail the exam? You may continue to use the knowledge guide that accompanies the course. With this approach, we do not want to let you down as a student until you pass your exam.
To qualify, you must complete our guarantee form no later than 7 days after your grade is announced. In addition, you must meet the conditions set out below.
- You have actively attended all classes and prepared according to expectations. For example, the teacher may give assignments. These should be made.
- For a digital course, you must be present during the entire training.
- You have failed the exam after taking the course and this cannot be restored by an assignment or the like.
- The guarantee form is completed within 7 days after the grade is announced.
